PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy file causing error

Multiple commands produce '/User/Xcode/DerivedData/Demo-dqdyrfxccschdiakhuirdvqwblex/Build/Products/Debug-iphoneos/Demo.app/PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy'

The PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy file is being copied into the Copy Pods Resources. This is causing the above error. Any chance of getting a fix for this?
