BCL Website Measure and Component Descriptions #36

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this.; this is an enhancement request for the BCL website.
The website shows short descriptions of the measures and components, but many of them are cut off or are very short. Often the users must download the measures to figure out what they are and what they do and how to implement them.
It would be really helpful to have the FULL descriptions and possibly a list of the measure arguments.
