BCL still down a week after planned outage?

I've had an issue with my Opentstudio install and wiped my computer clean of measures, with the intent of doing a fresh, clean install. I was able to download Openstudio, but now the measures that I was hoping the clean install would allow me to run aren't able to be downloaded because the BCL is down. I realize there was a planned outage for July 11th-13th, is there an expected timeline for BCL to be back up?

Alternatively, is there a way to download the Openstudio Results and the Ground Temperature Constant measures outside of the BCL library?
