Error messages are not explanatories for users

For example, when trying to vote on tomomaster with metamask set to the wrong network, the error message only makes sense if you know how the DApp works:

Should be something giving a hint that he's connected to the wrong network for example

Note: I received multiple support requests concerning that from people who didn't connected metamask
