forge error when deploy

Deploying in goerli <--> zkEVM throws an error since EIP1559 is not supported on zkEVM.

cd usdc-lxly/
forge script scripts/DeployInit.s.sol:DeployInit --broadcast -vvvv

Fixed adding the --legacy option when running forge.
I think it should be added to the README.md

Oh, we had the --legacy argument in the docs before, but it got removed 35b250e might've been by mistake
