Create MarkDown versions of protocols from Pasquale Stano (via Slack)

Pasquale Stano has listed several different types of protocols on the Build-A-Cell Slack #containers channel. Someone should take the ones that are relevant and try converting to MarkDown.

I have refined 'protocol-list.md' file in my forked copy, adding some minimal commenting and structure. Maybe this can be new starting point for further editing and keeping up-to-date.
