Create a sitemap to improve the SEO and content for Sajeon.

Requirements

1. We should be programmatically generating our sitemap pages. Effectively each page is one template we are populating with different data.
2. The sitemap and each respective page should have concise, clean and readable urls.
3. Each page should utilize SEO best practices, e.g. proper header tags, image and alt tags, screen reading capable, WAI-ARIA and accessible content.
4. Each page should be generated as SSR, not javascript or client side rendering for the pages. i.e. Links and content, no buttons or interactive content.
5. Update out app/sitemap.ts file so crawlers know where to find our pages
6. Upate robots page too as necessary app/robots.ts
