Windows transpiling fails due to incorrect python alias

Currently when running an example, the python parser is being called from it's linux alias python3, whereas on Windows, generally it is aliased as simply python

[pyr0ball]

Strangely, even after changing the scons build string (Windows expects python instead of python3) there seems to be no change to the output and thus the commands are still failing:
