Allow specific profiles to launch with a Waterfox.exe shortcut

Most browser profiles are able to be launched using a shortcut like:
"C:\Program Files\Waterfox\waterfox.exe" -P "Profile 1"

Currently the implementation for Waterfox profiles does not allow this.

Alternatively I'd love for there to be an option to open the profile switcher when launching Waterfox.exe with a window already active, currently it just reopens a new window in the most recent profile.
