Delay for hiding the Tab, Bookmarks etc. features #3922

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It frustrates me when i have to play catch with the Bookmarks or Tabs I am trying to hit. Because it hides instantly as soon as my mouse isn't touching the Tab-Bar or Bookmarks-Bar.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option to enable an (custom) delay to the hide Tab Bar and hide Bookmarks feature. Like an small textbox where i can enter an Number like "1s" which activates an delay.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Sadly there are no alternatives, I am struggling with it daily. But i really like the extra screen-real-estate from Hiding the Bars.
