Disable all "hot-keys"?

Hello all,
I'm 78, in the prime of my geezerhood, and a Parkinson's sufferer, It would be very helpful to me to be able to disable all hot-key "shortcuts"-- can't tell you how may times I've been "sent off" to some point unknown by an errant keystroke!
