All of my installed extensions were suddenly disabled.
When I try to enable the extensions, the screen to manage the extension displays the message: " could not be verified as secure and has been disabled."
Infuriatingly, the slider to enable the extension is disabled with no option to override the browser's decision.
This is exceedingly user hostile. As the owner of my device, the ultimate responsibility over what extensions to trust comes down to me.
The worst part is that this message about how the extension "could not be verified as secure" is dishonest. Verified by whom? Did no one consider that I might have verified that the extension is secure? Why should I trust the browser's pronouncement that any particular extension is or is not secure anyways? Frankly, this is bullshit.
