Tab strip support for tablets / larger screens?

Hello, I was looking at Firefox upstream and noticed that they added a new UI for tablets with a tab strip, similar in appearance to desktop. After trying it out I thought it seemed pretty nice!

I didn't see any other issues about this, and when I tried enabling the secret settings in Waterfox, I didn't see the corresponding setting. I wondered if it would be feasible to backport this feature from upstream, or if the fork has diverged too much to make it worthwhile?

I think upstream plans to make this default for tablets eventually, so it will probably stay maintained, at least -- if that helps the case for including it. I'm not sure how many additional changes there have been since the initial implementation, but I think this would make Waterfox much nicer to use on larger screen devices!

Thanks for Waterfox, I'm using it on pretty much all my devices now and loving it!
