DEBUG doesn't know the full ASCII table. #4

Hi Kevin,
Mr. Grams from LHS here. Students have been using your BS2 Editor and I am extremely grateful for it!
We have found that the DEBUG command doesn't know the ASCII table beyond 127. Wondering if there is the ability to include the rest of the table.
