Update MacOS runner #975
Description
Github recently deprecated the macos-13 runner we use to create our MacOS-x64 release. They are using a new label macos-15-intel for mac intel runners that will be available until August 2027, at which point support for intel mac runners will be totally removed.
Becuase of this, the build step that creates the macos-x64 build gets cancelled. Other build targets work successfully. Can we update our build definition to use this new runner.
