Room archivation

Add ability to archive and unarchive room.
In archive mode, users will be able to read tasks and comments in room, but won't be able change anything. Also user will be able to leave and come back to the room. Room owner (or user with permission) will be able to unarchive room, to make it writable, or remove it finally.
