Better support for Dyalog APL's debugger

raylibAPL is currently annoying to use with the Dyalog APL debugger.
This is because ⎕Fix is used as the tool for importing, and the debugger cannot handle it well. I decided on ⎕Fix in the past since it works in any cinario, though since it's not well behaved with the debugger, I will want it to be replaced.

My proposed solution is checking if the relevent code-files that need to be ⎕Fix'ed are already ⎕Link'ed, and use that ⎕Link'ed version instead of ⎕Fix'ing.
Not a great solution though, since it seems like it could break easily with people using different naming conventions and namespace structures to store libraries.

The issue is that the namespace right now is used more like a function/script rather than a namespace that defines/contains functions and variables. It might be easier to just make some .aplf function that declares all of these variables and functions, and then run that function within the raylib namespace.

It can't be a function due to Dyalog not allowing tradfns inside tradfns... Unless I make the tradfn replacements into dfns.

Or I just literally set in the replacement tradfns into the same file that defines the FuncRAYLIB functions, just pasted right afterwards.

Could be a namespace containing functions, incl one main function. What we need is something that is not ran upon load of the source file, but during the init of the library. Such that it could be loaded with the rest of the library with link.

I don't understand. This requires me to have a namespace containing tradfns inside a tradfns, right? Which is impossible.

Accidentally said "⎕NEW" instead of "⎕FIX" in that commit title, also it didn't completely remove "⎕FIX". There's one usage left, in every library
