Typed pointer arguments should auto-convert arrays

When giving an argument to a raylib function, If you provide a rank 1 array of ints instead of a pointer to ints, it should automatically allocate the pointer and then free after call is done.

Predict depth via type and if it's 1 too deep then it's a list of the type and so a different allocation method needs to be used.

Generalized solution isn't going to be efficient and isn't often used by raylibAPL. This commit added intiger pointers auto-converting to arrays, and that worked great.
I'll likely only add a generalized implementation only for the rest of the basic types (U4, I4, F4, etc).
