epi-project transition

We have separated the new development for Brane from the epi-project into a separate organisation, as the epi-project has come to a close.

This means that the upstream uri has changed from epi-project/brane to braneframework/brane.

We have to replace all instances of epi-project in this repo to braneframework to ensure these links still work as intended.
