This PR adds
codex.setup.shto provide a setup script for the Codex environment. The script enables Corepack, checks if pnpm is installed (installing it if necessary), and installs dependencies using pnpm with the frozen lockfile (falling back to npm if pnpm is unavailable).Risk: Low; this change adds a build/setup script and does not modify any application code.
