Does this load all pages in memory?

After react renders the dom on the server, are all html pages loaded into memory? Or does the app fetch the HTML for each page? E.g. what if I have a blog with 1,000 posts/pages?

The point is to generate static files with the app attached. Once the app is generated each page/route gets its own static files. Nothing is in memory as your are just serving files using something like Github pages.
