Data cleanup system is bad

The current system does not cleanup unused groups.

The solutions are:

• Tokio task running at group creation, checking after 5 minutes if the group is empty, and if so, deleting it.
• ?

Even tho tokio tasks are cheap, my current server has a limited amount of cores.

+ Current cleanup system is bad, we could make it a data::LeaguecordData method and be attached to a !cleanup command
