Implement the logic to draw UMI ditsribution plots

You need to implement a logic to draw such plots:

• UMI Coverage Plot (OX: consensus group size, OY: frequency)
• Barcode Rank Plot

These plots must be drawn if user provided --draw-barcode-plots flag.
