HOW:
Using a button, display the local time of the user that then turns into a Drawer component from chakra on-Click
REQUIREMENTS:
Button in taskbar
Date in button
Button opens Notification Drawer component on-Click
Drawer is escapable on overlay click or exit button
EXTRAS:
Date is current to users local time
- using cookies if possible/permitted receive local time from user to display to user
