Transmitter calibration has an immediate effect

## Feature / Bug description

Currently the board has to be reset or powered off/on for the transmitter calibration to take effect. Ideally, the transmitter calibration should be applied immediately.

## Expected behavior

Once the transmitter calibration has been finished it is effective immediately.
