Resize windows when RDP reconnecting with a different screen resolution

Describe the bug

I'm nut sure if I'm using the right terms to describe the issue but lets try:

I'm using doWM in a Linux VM by connecting from Windows via RDP with different screen resolutions/monitors (Office vs. work from home vs. Laptop only). Tiling windows are not being resized to the new screen resolution.

Perhaps it's not an issue of tiling the windows but recognizing the new screen resolution.

The only thing that helps is restarting doWM, loosing the current work environment.

I'm willing to help/test but my X11/window manger knowledge unfortunately does not allow to fix this myself.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. connect via RDP with resolution 1920x1080, open 2 terminals (tiling), cover 50% each
2. connect via RDP with a higher resolution
3. Previously opened terminals cover a smaller percentage of the screen/monitor

Expected behavior
Previously opened terminals cover 50% of the screen/monitor

I believe I experienced something similar to this when working with Xephyr on Wayland. I think doWM does not update the window manager size when the screen size changes. I think some of this code changed when multiple windows were added.

Yes, currently doWM doesn't listen to screen updates and only checks the screen size at startup. I believe it is possible to listen to these events but I will have to have another look at it. Thank you for bringing this up.
