Advanced Blacklist Functionality

Bobaboard's userbase is one that would appreciate advanced blacklisting functionality, for blacklisting posts with certain tags or body text. One possibility is a system like the following, that would 1) allow terms to be combined, 2) allow each term (or term combination) to have a whitelisted term (or term combination) set for it, 3) alongside a global whitelist that applies to all terms, 4) with options for each blacklist entry specifying whether it gets hidden entirely, or collapsed with the tags shown so it can be clicked on to see (such as Tumblr's Xkit blacklist).

More advanced, allowing entries to apply only to specific boards/communities (or users, where not anonymous).
