Refactor Internal/Native

Suggestion

• Change Native to PInvoke.
• Refactor partial classes organization. Currently sorted by use -> should be sorted by library.
  So instead of Console, KeyProcessor etc. -> Kernel32, User32, etc.
• Change DllImport -> LibraryImport (will be some effort)
