PHP 7.1 - Licence Problems

Because of different things i have to use php 7.1, since i use php 7.1 i got several problems with this theme.

1. Update not running (i think because of point 2)
2. Licence Problems

Can you help me?

I use Shopwar 5.4.6 with PHP 7.1

I really want to use the theme because it's so good.
