FindNeighbors crashes if the "FeatureIds" selection isn't correct

The user reported using the "Parent Ids" instead of the "Feature Ids". This can be reproduced in the Prebuilt Pipelines ->Workshop ->EBSD Reconstruction ->(08) Small IN100 Full Reconstruction pipeline.

• Go to Filter number 16 and use "Parent Ids" instead of "Feature Ids" from the Small IN100 / Ebsd Scan Data attribute matrix.
