System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException in ListView

Hi,

I encountered another System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException in processing ListView with zero elements:

Count = 0

For sure we could add
if(lView.Items.Count > 0)
And the exception would be gone.
But i am puzzled by the code - what is the purpose of setting the property only for the [0] item? @BlueMystical do you remember?

Yes, that's what I did to get rid of it. I don't see anything that does not work with the check added.
