leaderboard - jumps to top (AP) when changing a stat from this week to/from all time

On mobile go to leaderboard and a pick a stat.
Change the stat from weekly to all time or vice versa.

whats expected - changes in place
what happens instead - jumps to top of page (AP)

still occurs, and often also occurs on first request for leaderboard to anything.
the menu basically only works if youre already on leaderboards and they are fully loaded.
suggest removing the menu, since its not working and just adds an extra step.
