Test: Create a light, set it to type Lightning and change the color from Black (shows nothing).
Create another light, set to Lightning, change color from Black.
Only the light that was most recently modified animates. If you Drag the first light to a new location, it will then be the light that is active, despite both lights being "on"
Lightning is indeed tagged as "Experimental!" but I don't really know what that means as far as expected usage.
UPDATE: If you create both Lights, and then reopen the scene (change scene, then return), then they work - until one of the lights is updated again, and then it's back to "only most recent functions"
