Documentation for hydrograph remote installation is not proper #165

Hi Team
we are trying to remote install hydrograph.There are no proper links for the sample scripts [pointed in the attached file] provided in the documentation for hydrograph-env.ksh and hydrograph-exec scripts. Please resolve the issue ASAP.
