previously working code is now returning {"code":-1102,"msg":"timestamp IllegalArgumentException.","data":null} - whats changed in the API?

There is a long term bug since before September 2023 with intermittent timestamp errors. There's timeskew between server time and your local time. You can use API to get server time and then correct timestamp in API call for the timeskew with your local time.
