Forge tag missing

Hello,

Cyanite and ludicrite both have a forge:storage block tag, but it's missing for blutonium
It's a small issue, but it stops a bee from Productive Bees from appearing/loading.

I also found that both Uranium Ores use the wrong tag. They use needs_iron_tools instead of needs_iron_tool, which makes them mineable with any tier.
