Request: Initial timers for trash #50

Using events like callback added here: #49 (comment)
you could get the pull time of trash mobs and establish initial timers for their casts, saving a ton of time for delve, dungeon, visions, torghast etc mod work.
I suspect this is no pretty or short undertaking but it'll shorten dev time for both DBM dungeons and littlewigs quite a ton I'd imagine since I'm sure if you did it, you'd add a similar callback to BW for trash engage.
