Collect Vignette Data on VIGNETE_UPDATED #17
Description
To help with BigWigsMods/Capping#18 and similiar cases in the future, it would be good if you cycled through all returns of C_VignetteInfo.GetVignettes() and call C_VignetteInfo.GetVignetteInfo() on them when VIGNETTE_UPDATED fires.
Logging the pure event alone is not that helpful.
