Prefer last "special" event timestamp over pull #11
Description
In event the very first time an ability is cast, is in a later stage. TIMERS still does time between PULL and first cast, not time between cast and last stage
Example,
"Charged Blasts-248254-npc:124158 = pull:100.7, 13.5", -- [1]
Charged blasts isn't used in stage 1 imonar, it's a stage 2 ability, so the first entry should be time between Stage 2 specialevent and first cast, not pull.
It works fine for abilities that are cast in both stage 1 and stage 2 but it just needs to consider abilities that simply aren't used in stage 1 at all.
Or it can do both like, where it shows show two times
"Slumber Gas-247565-npc:1 = pull:14.5, 11.7, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 14.0, 20.2, Intermission 1, 1.3/10.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, Stage 2", -- [11]
