Description
Have a new sound that is the same as the vanilla explosion, but with a small time period of silence before the sound. Then have creepers play the sound when their fuse hits a certain time, play the sound. This may cause the creeper to play the sound before they blow up, so maybe force the creeper to explode once they hit that time, if there is a 2 tick difference in the time it takes for a creeper to explode, it won't matter much. Not much I can think of for the particles, other than maybe doing a similar concept that I suggested for the sounds, but with something like the custom particles CubeDeveloper made for his JoJo and Elden Ring datapacks.
