stopOptimizingBatteryUsage is not awaiting result

This is not a bug, as it currently is coded like it, but I think the function stopOptimizingBatteryUsage should wait on the users response and return true or false depending on the users action.

I am not sure however if there is a way to do that.

It's kind of weird that "true" just means that the panel asking for permission was opened.
Isn't there a way to setup a callback to wait for the selected option on the panel? That would be way more useful.

just commeting based on my experience after implementing similar functionality:
I used the AppLifecycleListener to check when the application is AppLifecycleState.resumed to check the status of the optimization. Maybe this would help in your case.
