Tests aren't runnable in CI #42
Description
Due to the dependency on a clean BfBB executable, we can not run the test suite in CI at the moment. Best case scenario would be to create a small test-case XBE that we can include ourselves. Otherwise we'll need to skip the BfBB-dependent tests unless an envvar is passed to enable them.
