User login/logout/whoami

Description

Users must be able to log in and out and determine who they are currently logged in as.

User should be able to contribute without verifying their email address.

Local first storage that is synced with the backend then user can add and verify their email address afterward to save their account and associated data.

• Should we recover data from accounts created in BetaX?
