Player Island ranks Skygrid

Expected behavior

players get the message their rank is not high enough to do this (owner) to change personal island areas they are owner of. Not sure if I am missing a perm or config but I have it set to where it will work for me as op or not but not for other players. It use to be when I was deoped I got the same error but giving the skygrid.island.settings per seemed to fix that but only for me.

Observed/Actual behavior

Part by yellow line is what they get but it says (owner) instead of visitor I triggered this as an example since did not have a player image I could get easily.

Steps/models to reproduce

Go into server as none op or server owner and try to change any skygrid island settings. Have not tested bskyblock yet on this same thing.
