Velocity Thread Issue

Seems there has been a thread issue going on with it where it would cause proxy crashes.
Unsure if its creating threads and not closing them properly or something like that
It does not generate a crash report, just full on restarts the proxy.
Once the plugin was removed the issue stopped after a few weeks of debugging.

Hi there, I believe this issue still persists as on the latest version we were having velocity crashes related to thread creation and DiscordRankSync appeared.
