Should we handle range queries? #15
Description
Range queries are great to minimize downloads, but come with some complexity with regards to caching.
Should we add support for them? And if so, should we support:
- Just returning a range query to the client but always make full queries to upstream
- Also handle range queries to upstream, and finalization of an earlier range query if someone requires the full file
