Separate mobile caching (Hyper Cache)

Hiya,

Sorry for potentially dumb question, but I really want to figure this out :)

I'm using Hyper Cache since I need to have separate versions of cached pages for desktop and mobile visitors.
How will your plugin work in this case? Will it still deliver cached pages via Hyper Cache, or will it cache on its own and obviously serve the same cached version to all visitors?
