Validate Measure Calculation with US Core Data

Goal

Confirm that the MCT correctly evaluates CMS 124 (Cervical Cancer Screening) using US Core-compliant patient data (as opposed to the QI-Core-compliant data already tested).

Changes

• Create or obtain a set of 10-50 representative patients with supporting clinical resources conforming to US Core profiles
• Load this data onto the facility-a server
• Run CMS 124 measure calculation and validate results
• Document any discrepancies between US Core and QI-Core-based evaluation

Notes

QI-Core testing is already complete (33/34 match). This story specifically tests US Core profile compatibility.

I validated this by creating a bundle of test patient data (attached) that references ONLY US Core profiles then testing with the CMS 124 measure. The backend calculated the measure without error. Review of this issue requires reproducing these results. Please note there is an open UI defects (#39 and #40) that causes the front end to misrepresent the results.
