Hide bar if nothing to show

The bar appears but is empty if it is empty file or markdown file with no headings. Can there be option to hide the bar if nothing is in it? Can be a good default.

I've tried this before, but this is not optimal because it will cause the window to continuously shift when you move your cursor in and out of a function or structure bc when you are inside something the bar will show up, pushing the window contents down and when you are outside of the structure/function the winbar will disappear and everthing are pushed up.
