Windows 64-bit binaries.

Fixed a minor issue with the "browse" file extension filtering options not being observed correctly.

Tested on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, this second near-production release is made available to obtain feedback from a wider audience.

Just unzip to a folder of your choice and run.
